Our Technology

Liquid refrigerant pumping technology has given refrigeration systems capacity boosts while saving electrical energy. Using this technology, liquid refrigerant entering the liquid line is pressurise by a small centrifugal pump.

Our Products

The LPA pump is used to pressurise the liquid line with no temperature rise, which subcooles the liquid, ensuring vapour-free liquid delivery to the expansion valve. Thermostatic expansion valves will maintain capacity and meter properly to minimize the liquid temperature.

Environmental

Tackling climate change is one of the biggest challenges faced by this generation. The first step is to make sure everyone understands exactly what the challenge is and the difference they could make. For every 1 KW of energy generated, 0.46kg of Co2 is released into the atmosphere. That is leaving a 100w light bulb on for 10hours would consume 1 Kw of energy.

hy|save™ is helping to reduce this global concern. Proven track records monitor our performance over the past 20 years to show just how much Carbon Tons of Co2 HYSAVE is actually saving.

Statistic show that for each average size capacity hy|save free cooling pump sold into the commercial sector, approximately 105,000.00 kWh's are save per year. Considering that over 16,300 LPA pumps are in operation today, annual Carbon Tons saved today exceed over 210,000 Tons per year.

By 2017, HY|SAVE predicts saving of over 500,000 Tons of Carbon annually.
